Job Description

Responsabilidades principales:


• Asistir en la creación y el seguimiento de las órdenes de compra, asegurando que los materiales se soliciten a tiempo.


• Coordinar con proveedores y equipos internos para obtener información sobre la disponibilidad de materiales y los plazos de entrega.


• Ayudar a recopilar datos para las previsiones de demanda y las necesidades de inventario, posiblemente mediante el análisis de datos históricos.


• Verificar periódicamente los niveles de inventario e informar a los planificadores sénior sobre cualquier discrepancia o situación de bajo inventario.


• Colaborar con el equipo para mejorar el uso de las herramientas digitales.


• Generar informes sencillos sobre los niveles de inventario o el estado de los pedidos para su revisión por parte de los planificadores sénior.


• Actualizar los registros y asegurar la precisión de los datos en el sistema de planificación.

Funciones y responsabilidades (Sistema de gestión de QEHS):


• Responsabilizarse de la implementación del Sistema QEHS en los procesos operativos de su área y garantizar su eficacia.


• Asignar los recursos necesarios para la gestión del Sistema QEHS en el área.


• Brindar apoyo, participar de forma proactiva y demostrar liderazgo en materia de QEHS en su área.
• Cumpla con las normas de QEHS, los requisitos legales y demás aplicables a su área.
