Fraud Analyst

  • Reviewing web credit card orders to prevent fraud
  • Releasing the daily workload on time
  • Conducting large-scale analysis to identify possible fraud trends
  • Responding to cases created by Customer Service and the Sales department
  • Contacting customers by phone to confirm orders
  • Providing coverage as needed by the company
