We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Buyer to join our Indirect Procurement team, focusing on the Facilities category across multiple sites in the region. This role is critical to driving sourcing excellence, cost optimization, and supplier performance in support of our regional operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and competitive bidding processes (RFx) for facilities-related services and projects across multiple sites.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including e-sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and award recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance to define scopes of work and project requirements.
  • Administer and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in the Facilities category.
  • Proven experience using e-sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex RFx processes.
  • Solid understanding of contract management and project execution.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
