The Finance Analyst supports Terex's Aerial Work Platforms business (AWP) will report to in site Finance Manager, partnering with multiple finance teams across AWP globally. This role will help monitor, analyze, and report key finance areas inclusive of CapEx, Inventory, Scrap, AP and others. The ideal candidate should have experience with process improvement, ability to learn new systems, and strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts;
- Assist in pricing aftermarket to Distribution Center;
- Assisting managers about travel expenses, corporate cards, as well as miscellaneous reporting and data analysis required by plant area managers;
- Inventory audit;
- Review of financial statements balance sheet and income statement;
- Internal control processes;
- Control and monitoring scrap and its recovery from vendors when applicable;
- Fixed asset management and control.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree on Accounting or Finance;
- Conversational English skills;
- Over 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance (could be new graduate);
- Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate skills in Excel.
