Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with strong expertise in c/c++ programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial image processing, particularly in developing and optimizing algorithms for OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and barcode reading. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance software solutions used in industrial automation and inspection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain software components in c/c++ for image processing applications.
  • Develop and optimize algorithms for OCR and barcode recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to integrate software into industrial systems.
  • Development is underway in cooperation with our German headquarter.
  • Conduct performance analysis and debugging of image processing modules.
  • Maintain code quality through version control and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • a good technical understanding
  • Proven experience in c/c++ software development.
  • Solid understanding of image processing techniques, computer vision
  • Experience with OCR and barcode reading algorithms as well as software development in industrial environments is welcome

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Python for scripting and prototyping.
  • Experience with GIT for version control and collaborative development.
  • Familiarity with libraries such as OpenCV or similar.
  • Understanding of real-time systems and performance optimization.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
