Buscamos a quien sepa transformar contenido en resultados reales: tráfico con intención, leads y crecimiento visible.

Qué harás

  • Publicar y optimizar
    artículos y páginas en CMS
    (WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
  • Coordinar la ejecución editorial junto con redactores, diseñadores y equipo técnico.
  • Gestionar las redes sociales de
    ENW y Panamerik
    , asegurando coherencia visual y de mensaje.
  • Editar y versionar videos cortos
    para Instagram, TikTok y LinkedIn (reels, clips de casos, behind the scenes).
  • Revisar métricas de desempeño
    en GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics y LinkedIn.
  • Colaborar en la creación de
    dashboards de contenido y reporting
    en Looker Studio junto al equipo de datos.
  • Documentar avances y tareas en ClickUp para mantener los sprints editoriales al día.

Lo que buscamos

  • Experiencia comprobable en
    gestión de contenido digital y CMS (WordPress, Shopify o Magento)
    .
  • Conocimientos sólidos de
    SEO on-page y estructura de blog orientada a intención de búsqueda.
  • Capacidad para adaptar tono y narrativa según canal (LinkedIn, Blog, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Experiencia en
    edición de video (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci o similar)
    .
  • Mentalidad analítica y orden operativo: saber medir impacto, no solo publicar.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés (lectura técnica y herramientas).

Valoramos si además:

  • Has trabajado con
    HubSpot, ClickUp o Looker Studio
    para flujos y reporting.
  • Conoces conceptos de
    copywriting de performance, ROAS o UX en ecommerce.
  • Tienes nociones de
    automatización o tracking
    (GA4, Tag Manager, Zapier, etc.).
