Payments Analyst Junior
to join our
Source to Pay
team and support critical payment processes and financial planning in a global environment.

What we are looking for

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or International Business.
  • Experience:
    1–3 years in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Payment Processing.
  • Languages:
    Advanced English.
  • Technical skills:
    SAP Finance module (experience with transactions F-53, F-44, F110 is a plus).
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
  • Basic knowledge of banking platforms and CRM tools.
  • SharePoint usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly and off-cycle payment proposals (check, wire, ACH).
  • Prepare batch check runs and electronic payments.
  • Create weekly payment planning and monthly forecast for multiple regions.
  • Follow up on vendor inquiries, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
  • Support monthly Accounts Payable close activities (journal entries, reconciliations).
  • Generate KPI reports and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Provide information for audits and maintain accurate documentation according to company policies.
