Job Description

Sobre el Equipo

El equipo de Calidad Clientes en ZF es responsable de asegurar la satisfacción del cliente OEM mediante la gestión eficiente de requisitos de calidad, la atención de reclamaciones y la prevención de ocurrencias y recurrencias de defectos. Actúa como enlace principal entre el cliente y la planta, representando la voz del cliente dentro de la organización. Su enfoque principal está en cero defectos, respuesta rápida y cumplimiento de estándares OEM y normativos.

Qué es lo que puedes esperar como Ingeniero Sr. De Calidad Clientes?:

  • Crear warranty agreement con cliente
  • Asegurar fases del APQP para proyectos nuevos
  • Documentar costos de calidad relacionados a garantías, 0 kms, retrabajos, sorteos, etc.
  • Generar los documentos aplicables a PPAP según sean solicitados por nuestros clientes.
  • Líder de 8D con el equipo multifuncional para quejas de cliente.

Tu Perfil cómo Ingeniero Sr. De Calidad Clientes:

  • +3 años con mismo cargo y experiencia en la industria Automotriz y/o Electrónica.
  • Escolaridad, cualquier Ingeniería.
  • Ingles avanzado.
  • VISA US Vigente
  • Conocimiento en portales de cliente como, STLA, BMW, VW.
  • Conocimiento básico en cuartos limpios y de ambiente controlado.
  • Conocimiento en requerimientos específicos de cliente para STLA
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de IATF 16949
  • CORE TOOLS: Conocimiento intermedio a avanzado (MSA, SPC, CONTROL PLAN etc)
