Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Forvia, a leading automotive technology leader, is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Engineer to join our team at our cutting-edge facility.

As a Customer Relationship Engineer at Forvia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
  • Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
  • Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
  • Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
  • Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer's specifications
  • Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality
  • Validating and accepting the packaging range 
Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with a Master's degree in engineering preferred

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in combining development and production
  • 3 years of experience in automotive industry
  • Customer management experience
  • Experience and success managing a functional network
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • Experience in Seatings and welding process.

Skills and competencies

  • Business and finance basics
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Results and teamwork orientation
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
  • Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
  • Strong Customer satisfaction orientation
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
