Job Description

Work From Home Position (Tijuana-based only)

The Application Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst I plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of applications, integrations, and processes within CONFIE. The primary responsibility of the QA Analyst is to test and evaluate applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues before they are released into production. QA Analysts collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Application Developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other members of the QA team, to uphold high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Planning and Strategy Test
  • Test Execution and Documentation
  • Quality Improvement
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve software quality, user experience, and overall product performance.
  • Participate in defect root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English level

  • Computer Skills

  • Knowledge of computers, electronics & technology

  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including scrum and agile development methods.

  • Coding and programming are a plus.

  • Experience

  • Strong application proficiency level.

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience in CONFIE application suites.

  • Experience in an Application Support role is a plus.
