This paid internship offers practical, hands-on experience supporting our SHE activities while you learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative, international environment. You will contribute to maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a SHE Intern, you will assist in delivering day-to-day safety, health and environmental tasks and activities. You will gain exposure to regulatory compliance, risk management, incident investigation, and training delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with safety inspections and workplace risk assessments.
Supporting incident reporting and investigation, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Helping to maintain and update SHE documentation, records and permits.
Participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings and training sessions; supporting development of materials.
Supporting environmental monitoring, waste management and sustainability initiatives.
Assisting with compliance audits and follow-up on non-conformances.
Collecting and analysing basic safety performance data to support continuous improvement.
Supporting the implementation of safety campaigns and employee engagement activities.

Who You Are

You are a motivated student or recent graduate with an interest in occupational safety, health and environmental management. You are organised, observant and eager to learn in a practical, fast-moving manufacturing or office environment. You enjoy working with people and contributing to a culture of safety.

Enrolled in, or recently completed, a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
Basic understanding of health, safety and environmental principles and local regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
Good communication skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with colleagues at all levels.
Self-motivated, reliable and committed to promoting a positive safety culture.
Previous exposure to workplace safety, through placements, projects or part-time work, is an advantage but not essential.
