Tu reto

Procesar, analizar y transformar datos financieros en insights accionables y reportes de alta precisión. Serás responsable de actualizar y mantener los modelos financieros, ejecutar los procesos de planeación financiera y preparar la información de la compañía para la toma de decisiones internas y la comunicación a inversionistas.

¿Qué buscamos?


• Formación: Egresados de Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería o carreras afines.


• Experiencia: 1-2 años de experiencia en roles analíticos de alto rendimiento (Banca de Inversión, Consultoría, Private Equity, FP&A).


• Habilidades Técnicas:


• Excel Avanzado: Dominio comprobable (se evaluará en el proceso).


• Modelado Financiero: Bases de construcción y análisis de modelos financieros.


• Inglés Avanzado (C1-C2): Indispensable, la comunicación con inversionistas y la preparación de materiales será en inglés.


• Tecnología (Deseable): Conocimiento de SQL y herramientas de BI (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsabilidades

Tu rol estará dividido en tres pilares de ejecución:

  1. En FP&A (Análisis y Planeación Interna):


• Serás responsable de integrar los datos del cierre contable (mensual, trimestral y anual) en los modelos financieros para actualizar las proyecciones (Forecast) y analizar las variaciones (Real vs. Presupuesto).


• Ejecutarás el análisis financiero y de rentabilidad de líneas de negocio (actuales y nuevas).


• Darás apoyo en el seguimiento, mantenimiento y actualización del modelo financiero y de análisis clave (Unit Economics, Vintage Profitability, etc.).


• Participarás en las actividades de planeación financiera (Budgeting) e iniciativas estratégicas del negocio.

  1. En Investor Relations (Reporting stakeholders):


• Colaborarás en la preparación del paquete completo de reporting para stakeholders externos (Lenders Decks, Board Decks, Factsheets).


• Realizaras research estratégico relacionado con la industria y comps.


• Apoyarás en los procesos de Due Diligence con potenciales inversionistas y acreedores.

  1. En Proyectos Estratégicos y Automatización:


• Colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos de Data/BI y Tecnología para la obtención de datos y la automatización de procesos.


• Participarás activamente en proyectos de tecnología para mejorar la eficiencia del equipo de Finanzas (incluyendo el uso de IA).
