Team Leader de Producción del Area de Corona Suave T1XX

Job Description

  • Supervisa los resultados de los asociados de producción seleccionando, orientando, capacitando, asignando, programando, entrenando, aconsejando y disciplinando a los asociados; comunicar las expectativas laborales; planificar, monitorear y evaluar las contribuciones del trabajo.
  • Mantiene los procesos de producción mediante la observación de los volúmenes de proceso; recomendar ajustes en el proceso.
  • Completa los procesos de producción mediante el seguimiento del progreso; acelerar el flujo de materiales y los resultados del trabajo;resolviendo problemas
  • Mejora el flujo de trabajo del proceso al eliminar las paradas; análisis de retrasos; probando nuevos métodos.
  • Registros de producción completando informes de producción de turnos diarios; cálculo de rendimientos y recuperaciones.
  • Mantiene el flujo del proceso al comunicar el estado de producción, los requisitos y los problemas al siguiente turno.
  • Mantiene un entorno de proceso de producción seguro, protegido y saludable al adherirse a las normas y políticas de la organización ya las reglamentaciones legales; alertar a otros sobre posibles preocupaciones.
  • Contribuye al éxito del proceso de producción y de la organización al recibir solicitudes relacionadas, diferentes y nuevas; ayudando a otros a lograr resultados laborales.
