Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and schedules preventive and corrective maintenance workload into SAP system for all technicians (Maintenance and Facilities).
  • Orders and purchases spare parts, materials and all the necessary to complete machine maintenance repairs and PMs.
  • generates reports and pareto of maintenances, tools Room and facilities and share with supervisors
  • Generate and prioritize the maintenance work plan to be performed on manufacturing equipment.
  • He is the one in charge of the administration of the expenses generated by the following departments maintenance, facilities and tools Room also generates the reports and graphics to be shared with the manager.
  • Finds suppliers, gets quotes and expedites purchase orders for spare parts and other materials and services required to support maintenance duties. Interacts with SAP to review work order requirements in order to collect data, parts and tools to complete a work order.
  • It is in charge of following up the work contracted for facilities area as well as the administration and disposition of waste in the unit.

What Skills You Need

  • SAP, Planning and scheduling skills.
  • Technical skills (Electrical, Mechanical Knowledge, Facilities, Lean Tooling).
  • Negotiation skills, Budget monitoring control.
  • This position is required to manage all the information on Maintenance and facilities (cost, work order, break downs and buy a spare parts).

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Manage all work orders (PM, EM and PDM) of Maintenance.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree.
