We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist
who will be part of this amazing and fast – growing company As a member of the Talent Team your primary focus will be to support the growth of Multiva by sourcing the best talent to the team but most important, focusing on Employer Branding, which will help us position Multiva in different environments. This position will support the Employer Branding strategy in website, social media, career site and campus recruitment.
Your ability to work collaboratively, navigate with ease in a flexible environment, build effective relationships, and thrive in a team environment is essential. This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish.
Education level & Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
+3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end to end cycle of the recruiting process.
- Source qualified candidates to solve specific problems and to sustain the inbound/outbound level of our pipeline.
- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs.
- Consult and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Employer Branding Ambassador projects.
- Collaborate with initiatives to promote Multiva as a best place to work.
- Market research to identify and evaluate potential awareness initiatives in our industry.
Technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced recruiting environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrates personal initiative in problem solving.
- Ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships.
- Proficient in the use of job boards & social media channels.
- Proficient in MS Office applications / Google apps.
Experience using an applicant tracking system is required.
