Ubicación: Av. Ventura No.530 Lote I Mz A, Ventura Industrial Park, Saltillo Coahuila, Coahuila

Disponibilidad para rolar turnos día, noche y fines de semana

El Recibidor de Inventario trabajará en equipo con otro para administrar el flujo de bienes no inventariados, incluidos suministros MRO, corrugado, equipos de seguridad y herramientas.

Las funciones laborales incluyen; descargar y almacenar con precisión bienes que no están en el inventario, colocar el producto en las áreas de trabajo, organizar los suministros de empaque, mantener niveles apropiados de suministros de envío, kanbans y supermercados, recibir bienes en el sistema Coupa (ingreso de datos), investigación faltante de no-inventariado.

Envíos de inventario, ayudar con consultas de pago de Cuentas por Pagar y mantenimiento de archivos.

Realiza recuentos precisos del ciclo de suministros de envío y garantiza la entrega de los gastos, recibe artículos de suministros de envío y envoltorios de regalo a la ubicación o partes apropiadas.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • Are 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
