Importante empresa líder en la industria de suministros industriales, estamos buscando un Representante de Ventas para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico y orientado a resultados. Buscamos a un profesional de Ingeniería, con habilidades en interpretación de planos, negociación, conocimientos básicos en máquinas y herramientas, y capacidad para brindar soporte técnico y comercial a nuestros clientes.

Como Representante de Ventas, serás responsable de gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes asignada, establecer relaciones comerciales sólidas, identificar oportunidades de negocio y brindar soluciones técnicas a los desafíos de nuestros clientes. Serás el enlace entre la empresa y nuestros clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y la satisfacción del cliente.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar y gestionar una cartera de clientes en el sector industrial.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes existentes y potenciales.
  • Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio para lograr los objetivos de ventas.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y asesoría a los clientes en la interpretación de planos y el uso de nuestras soluciones.
  • Negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales que beneficien tanto a la empresa como al cliente.
  • Realizar seguimiento post-venta para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y fomentar relaciones a largo plazo.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería mecatrónica, industrial, mecánica o carrera afín.
  • Conocimiento básico en máquinas y herramientas.
  • Habilidades de interpretación de planos.
  • Experiencia en ventas o atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector industrial.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
  • Enfocado a resultados y orientado al logro de objetivos.
  • Proactivo, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y autonomía.
