We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with strategic vision, strong leadership, and advanced English skills to drive commercial growth and strengthen our market position.
Position Objective
To lead, coordinate, and develop the sales team in achieving the company's commercial goals by implementing effective strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to TRODAT Mexico's sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Design and implement sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze sales results, identify opportunities, and propose action plans.
- Lead negotiations with key clients and build strong business partnerships.
- Monitor performance indicators, product coverage, and sales process issues, as well as participate and collaborate in the S&OP process.
- Coordinate prospecting, sales, and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare executive reports, projections, and performance presentations for top management.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse departments to ensure an efficient commercial operation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in similar roles leading sales teams.
- Language: Advanced English (MANDATORY) – for communication with international clients and corporate headquarters.
- Technical knowledge in:
- Consultative sales strategies and techniques.
- Negotiation and key account management (KAM).
- Commercial data analysis and interpretation.
- Use of CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
