Finance Manager – Manufacturing
Mass Precision is looking for a
Finance Manager
to join our manufacturing operations in Mexico.
This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong experience in
manufacturing environments
, solid knowledge of
IMMEX operations
, and the ability to work confidently in
English
within a cross-border organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee financial operations for a manufacturing plant
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations and IMMEX requirements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Partner closely with Operations, HR, and US-based leadership
- Support audits, internal controls, and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in manufacturing companies
- Strong knowledge of
IMMEX program
and maquiladora environment - Advanced
English proficiency
(daily communication with US teams) - Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
