We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong administrative and accounting support skills. This role is responsible for providing customer service while supporting billing, accounts receivable, and general administrative accounting processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Follow up on orders, services, billing status, and customer requests.
- Resolve issues related to invoices, payments, charges, and documentation.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM or ERP systems.
Administrative & Accounting Support
- Prepare, review, and send customer invoices.
- Support accounts receivable activities and payment follow-up.
- Record basic financial and administrative transactions.
- Reconcile invoices with received payments.
- Assist with documentation control (invoices, credit notes, receipts).
- Coordinate with the accounting team during monthly closing processes.
- Maintain and update customer and administrative records.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams.
- Escalate discrepancies or special cases when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (invoicing, accounts receivable).
- Proficiency in Excel and administrative or ERP systems.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience in B2B, services, or international business environments.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher (if required by the role).
