RequirementsBusiness Acumen: Familiarity with key financial metrics and how they relate to a business' performance. Ability to think critically about business decisions.Analytical Sense: Ability to interpret data and understand how it drives decisions.Customer Empathy: A genuine interest in understanding user needs, pain points, and behaviors. The ability to think from the user's perspective and a curiosity about how products impact customers' lives.Basic Technical Understanding: While no coding is required, a high-level conceptual understanding of software development terms like front-end, back-end, and APIs is beneficial.Design Principles: An appreciation for user-centered design and what constitutes a good user experience. Interest on how design decisions can impact user behavior and company goals.Structured Thinking & Problem-Solving: The ability to break down complex problems, formulate hypotheses, and identify potential solutions.Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the potential to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
