Descripción del puesto:

Este puesto es de tiempo completo y presencial, ubicado en Cuautitlán Izcalli, México. Supervisará las actividades operativas diarias, incluyendo la gestión de procesos logísticos, la coordinación de horarios y el control eficiente del inventario. El puesto implica supervisar el flujo de trabajo, abordar problemas operativos en tiempo real y colaborar con diversos equipos para mantener una cadena de suministro fluida.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar y coordinar proyectos de entrega de última milla y operaciones diarias.
  • Diseñar e implementar procesos operativos, incluyendo la definición y el seguimiento de KPI.
  • Fomentar un sólido sentido de responsabilidad y formar un equipo de alto rendimiento.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con centros de clasificación, equipos de transporte de larga distancia/media milla y otras partes interesadas clave para garantizar la eficiencia y el rendimiento operativos.
  • Desarrollar planes estratégicos para optimizar la estructura de costos de las operaciones de última milla.
  • Guiar al equipo hacia el logro de nivel de servicio e impulsar mejoras operativas continuas.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en operaciones logísticas de última milla.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en la gestión integral de procesos operativos y elaboración de informes.
  • Disponibilidad flexible para turnos, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y festivos.
  • Dominio del inglés: hablado, escuchado, escrito y leído.
