We are searching for the best talent for PROCESS ENGINEER I to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
Purpose
Identifies and develops internal areas of opportunities through the DMAIIC methodology and tools of Excellency in processes with the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost of the products and continue with the culture of continuous improvement and follows up in quality and regulatory requirements comprehended in the business strategy

Responsabilities
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all federal, state and local laws/regulations and Johnson & Johnson Corporate procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.
• Performs material tests.
• Studies the processes to implement improvements.
• Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
• Coordinates technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
• Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturing, safety and environment requirements.
• Participates in saving and capital proyects
• Responsible of complying with finance metrics
• Responsible for evaluating and developing action plans for quality, safety, cost, service and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Performs activities of process/product validation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPERVISION ENGINEERS 1 AND 2: Can supervise, coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group of technicians. Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner, in performance and development plans for personnel in charge

Experience/ Education/ Qualifications

• Engineering, any specialty.
• Preferably knowledge in the medical industry.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
• Experiment design
• Knowledge in statistical analysis tools
• Management of statistical procedures.
• Knowledge of computer programs.
• Oral and written communication in Spanish / English.
