Objetivo de la posición:
Responsable de los Centros de Distribución propios y de terceros de Nestlé Purina Pet Care a nivel nacional, desarrollando nuevos procedimientos conforme a las necesidades de la operación, controlando el presupuesto variable y fijo conforme a lo presupuestado, controlando la variación de inventarios, eficientando la red de transportes, estableciendo estrategias para minimizar bad goods en las operaciones, negociando los costos logísticos con los clientes de la manera más conveniente para el negocio, realizando licitaciones y negociaciones con proveedores diversos conforme a los servicios requeridos, para reducir los tiempos de entrega a clientes, incrementar el fill rate y eficientar los ciclos de ventas de la Compañía.

Un día en la vida de...

  • Controlar el presupuesto fijo y variable conforme a lo presupuestado, monitoreando los gastos realizados, validando la correcta licitación y negociación de los servicios contratados, con el fin de minimizar el costo por tonelada distribuída.
  • Controlar la variación de inventarios, monitoreando las lecturas semanales a nivel nacional, investigando las causas de las desviaciones presentadas, estableciendo estrategias de reforzamiento en el control de entradas y salidas, reclamando a los operadores logísticos las diferencias no conciliadas, para minimizar las pérdidas para la Compañía.
  • Eficientar la red de transportes nacional y de exportaciones, monitoreando el servicio y costo de las servicios prestados, realizando licitaciones para mejorar precios y optimizar el portafolio de transportistas, analizando nuevas alternativas y sinergias conforme a necesidades, para optimizar los tiempos de entrega a clientes y minimizar los costos de operación.
  • Desarrollar estrategias para minimizar bad goods en las operaciones, monitoreando la generación de rotos de operación, producto caducado, así como sus causas, implementando programas de capacitación del personal según necesidades, retroalimentando al personal sobre los resultados obtenidos, para optimizar el aprovechamiento de los recursos de la Compañía.
  • Negociar los costos logísticos con los clientes, evaluando los costos de entregas directas vs centralizadas, negociando esquemas de pago que promuevan la consolidación de carga, elaborando los contratos que soporten las negociaciones, para lograr el costo más conveniente para la Compañía y a la vez promover convenios a largo plazo.
