As the .NET Engineer, you will join a product team dedicated to delighting thousands of creators and publishers, empowering them to thrive, grow, and maximize revenue from their content. You will design, build, and scale backend and user-facing services that support link optimization, analytics, and high-availability workflows. In this role, you'll serve as a key contributor across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring secure, performant, and reliable systems while collaborating closely with product, data, QA, and frontend partners.

  • Design, build, and maintain .NET services and APIs using ServiceStack on both .NET Framework and .NET Core environments.

  • Model and optimize data within MongoDB, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance tuning to support reliable and scalable data flows.

  • Implement asynchronous, event-driven architectures using MassTransit and RabbitMQ to decouple services and enhance system reliability.

  • Own the end-to-end SDLC including technical design, coding, testing, peer reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production support.

  • Drive performance and scalability improvements across high-traffic systems while maintaining cost-efficient solutions.

  • Collaborate with product, data, QA, and frontend teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and deliver impactful features.

  • Champion engineering best practices including clean architecture principles, testing strategies, and code quality standards.

  • Mentor team members and contribute to long-term technical roadmaps, architecture decisions, and platform evolution.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience delivering production software with .NET in a professional environment, including both .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+.

  • Experience building RESTful APIs and middleware using ServiceStack; MVC experience is also applicable.

  • Strong expertise in MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines, sharding or replica set configurations, and performance profiling.

  • Production experience using MassTransit with message brokers such as RabbitMQ.

  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing).

  • Strong attention to detail with a product-minded approach to building high-quality features.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

  • Previous experience working with affiliate or commerce platforms, analytics workflows, or data-driven products.

  • Experience with Docker or containerized workloads.

  • Background in performance tuning, architecture optimization, or cost-efficiency improvements at scale.

  • Exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as Vue for occasional full-stack development support.
