Resumen del Puesto:
Estamos en busca de un Analista de Logística altamente motivado y organizado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal posee habilidades sólidas en la gestión logística, con enfoque especial en coordinar actividades con agentes aduanales y empresas de camiones frigoríficos. Este rol desafiará y desarrollará tus habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, así como tu capacidad para gestionar eficientemente las operaciones logísticas en un entorno dinámico.

Responsabilidades:
  1. Coordinar y supervisar la cadena de suministro desde la recepción de materias primas hasta la entrega de productos terminados.
  2. Mantener una comunicación efectiva con agentes aduanales para garantizar la importación y exportación eficiente de productos, asegurando el cumplimiento de regulaciones aduaneras.
  3. Gestionar relaciones con empresas de camiones frigoríficos para asegurar la entrega oportuna de productos perecederos manteniendo los estándares de calidad.
  4. Realizar análisis de datos para evaluar el rendimiento de la cadena de suministro y proponer mejoras para optimizar la eficiencia y reducir costos.
  5. Coordinar la documentación necesaria para el despacho aduanero y garantizar la conformidad con las regulaciones locales e internacionales.
  6. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producción, compras y almacén para garantizar una planificación y ejecución logística fluida.
  7. Identificar y gestionar eficientemente cualquier problema logístico, proponiendo soluciones prácticas y efectivas.
  8. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias y cambios en regulaciones logísticas y aduaneras.
Requisitos:
  1. Experiencia comprobada en funciones logísticas, preferiblemente en la industria alimenticia.
  2. Conocimiento sólido de regulaciones aduaneras y experiencia en la coordinación con agentes aduanales.
  3. Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y capacidad para trabajar con herramientas de análisis de datos.
  4. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con proveedores y socios logísticos.
  5. Orientación a resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  6. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno rápido y adaptarse a cambios constantes.
