About the Role:

As a Senior Community Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day management of our brand accounts. From TikTok to Meta platforms, you'll engage with our audience, monitor trends, and keep our community buzzing. You'll work closely with our design and strategy teams to make sure our voice is heard loud and clear, and our content is fresh, relevant, and engaging

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Daily Community Management – Engaging with followers, responding to comments, and sparking conversations.
  • Trendspotting – Active monitoring of mentions and viral trends to keep us on the cutting edge.
  • Content Creation – Writing and publishing catchy captions and stories that match our brand's vibe.
  • Collaboration – Coordinating with our creative teams to bring content ideas to life.
  • Analytics & Insights – Tracking and documenting weekly community insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Campaigns – Activating exciting organic campaigns (UGC, challenges, local collabs).
  • Growth Reporting – Preparing engagement and growth reports to showcase our success.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Platform Expertise – You live and breathe TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Bonus points if you're familiar with publishing tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Metricool, or Loomly
  • Proven professional experience working with USA companies or US projects. (Required).
  • Creative Writing Skills – You've got a knack for writing as the brand, with persuasive, empathetic messaging that aligns with our tone of voice.
  • Trend Savvy – You're always on top of the latest memes, sounds, and viral challenges. Creativity flows through your fingertips.
  • Community Management Skills – From active listening to crisis management, you know how to turn negative feedback into a positive experience.
  • Tools Mastery – TikTok Business, Meta Business Suite, and other community management tools are your second language.
  • Language Skills – Fluent in English at a B2 level or higher.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16, $18,383.00 per month
