overseas suppliers
and natural, high-quality materials. As we scale, we're looking for a
hands-on Supply Chain & Sourcing Specialist
who enjoys building structure, planning ahead, and improving how things work.
This is a
mid-level, entrepreneurial role
with real impact across the business.
What you'll do
- Forecast material demand to ensure sales and production are always covered
- Plan purchases with international vendors while maintaining healthy inventory turnover
- Track shipments end-to-end (from supplier dispatch to warehouse arrival in Mexico)
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and payment terms with suppliers
- Continuously improve material quality and propose better sourcing options
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or procurement
- Experience working with
international suppliers and logistics - Strong planning, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a
small company
where structure is being built - Curious about materials, textiles, and quality
- English required | Based in Mexico
