Sobre el rol:

Buscamos a una persona organizada, proactiva y con mentalidad global, que disfrute de trabajar con equipos interculturales y tenga experiencia en la coordinación de proyectos o cuentas dentro del ámbito del comercio internacional.

Como Junior Project Manager, formarás parte del equipo de Operaciones, participando activamente en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, gestión de órdenes internacionales y seguimiento de procesos con fábricas y clientes. Tu trabajo combinará análisis, comunicación, coordinación y criterio comercial.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Acompañar a los clientes en el desarrollo de sus productos y proyectos internacionales.
  • Coordinar la información y los avances dentro del equipo interno.
  • Traducir necesidades del cliente en acciones concretas y resultados.
  • Supervisar que los proyectos fluyan con claridad, tiempos y buena comunicación.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Administración o afines.
  • 3+ años de experiencia en operaciones, desarrollo de producto o account management.
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito, indispensable).
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos internacionales.
  • Conocimiento o interés en procesos de compra o manufactura global.
  • Manejo de herramientas colaborativas (ClickUp, Notion, Trello o similares).
  • Perfil organizado, empático y resolutivo.
