Job Summary

Development, Design, Specify and/or Document Systems focus on Product and Process Quality Assurance. Understanding as Quality Assurance all actions needed to the Product and Process meet and exceed Customer expectations specs.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Costumer Quality Claim Reduction and Cost of poor quality reduction (CoPQ)

  • Quality Assurance and Control Process administration

  • Manage the new Product Introduuction

  • Product Engineering Change and Bill of Materials update

  • Cost Reduction Process

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

-Similar role within Electronics Industry - MUST

-Electronics Components - MUST

-Fails, reparation and diagnosis for electronics components - MUST

  • Quality System implementation (QMS)

  • Quality Assurance Knowledge

  • Corrective Action Magnament (Problem Solving Techniques)

  • Process Control (Definition and monitoring Process Critical Variabled)

  • Product specification and documentation maintenance

  • Negotiator, proactive and excellent interpersonal relationships

  • High level of detail analisys skils

  • APQP / PPAP Knowledge (PFMEA, Product Spec, Test Spec Knowdedge, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, Calibration)

  • English, Advance (90%)

  • Geometrical Dimensional &Tolerance
