The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations; Lead our quality assurance and control efforts.This role involves managing the Quality Management System (QMS), leading audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

 This role is critical to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, a deep understanding of quality systems, standards, and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Support Quality KPIs of the different Focus Factories

• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IPC-A-610, RoHS  UL, NOM, CSA  - and customer-specific requirement 

• RCCM analysis  on the quality complains, and make sure action plan is implemented graficas de tendencia, 5w, pareto, ishikawas, 8d, six sigma (yellow, green , black)

• Train and mentor product and quality team members; promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor´s degree

• Fluent in English

• 5+ years of experience in quality management within the electronics or manufacturing industry

• Experience with electronic components: PCB assembly, Drivers and testing processes

• Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies

• Train and mentor quality team members; promote a culture of quality and continuous improvemen

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues

• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
