Actividades principales

  • Liderar todas las fases del proceso de pruebas: planificación, ejecución, gobierno y seguimiento.
  • Gestionar distintos tipos de pruebas (SIT global/local, UAT, performance, seguridad, etc.) en entornos Ágiles.
  • Coordinar con equipos globales, regionales, de producto y despliegue para optimizar valor y priorización.
  • Elaborar y mantener planes de prueba, definir estrategias y validar criterios de aceptación.
  • Reportar avances, defectos, riesgos e incidencias a los interesados y aprobar informes finales de pruebas.
  • Apoyar la transformación global de testing (TS&O), asegurando alineación con la estrategia y el roadmap del programa.
  • Promover la mejora continua en calidad, eficiencia y efectividad de los procesos de prueba.
  • Actuar como puente entre desarrollo, negocio y QA, gestionando comunicación y resolución de conflictos.

Requisitos clave

  • +5 a 8 años de experiencia en administración de proyectos.
  • Formación universitaria.
  • Conocimientos de Test Management.
  • Capacidad para definir planes de prueba, riesgos, KPIs y criterios de aceptación.
  • Experiencia en programas complejos de transformación IT y de negocio.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en estructuras matriciales y equipos globales multiculturales.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés.
  • Deseable: experiencia con FMCG, SAP S/4HANA, JIRA, qTest, Power BI, y automatización con IA.
  • Enfoque en mejora continua, pensamiento end-to-end, autonomía y alta capacidad analítica.
