Product Specialist – Mexico
medtechrec is partnered with a growing global orthopaedic device organisation to recruit a Product Specialist in Mexico. This field-based position supports surgeons and distributor teams through clinical case coverage, technical training, and product-education activities across orthopaedic and sports-medicine product lines.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing in-theatre support and procedural guidance during surgeries.
- Training surgeons, clinical staff, and distributor sales teams.
- Supporting workshops, demonstrations, and professional-education programs.
- Assisting distributor activities through clinical expertise and case support.
- Gathering structured feedback from clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
- Supporting new technology adoption and product-introduction initiatives.
Candidate profile:
- Previous medical-device field-support experience (orthopaedics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of surgical workflows and clinical environments.
- Excellent communication and customer-engagement skills.
- Ability to travel across assigned territories and manage field schedules.
- Fluency in Spanish (English advantageous).
