A Florida-based marketing agency serving the senior living market, seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience using paid media to support measurable lead generation and customer acquisition programs. The ideal candidate will have recent experience building, optimizing and managing social media promotions. The position is full-time, remote (or hybrid).

Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in our customer's success. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels especially Facebook. You'll be responsible for implementing strategies that meet and exceed clients' KPIs and drive their business forward.

Your Day to Day

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels especially Meta Ads
  • Drive the content development and optimization process end-to-end from initial concept and strategy to research, copywriting, fact-checking/compliance, message consistency and editing
  • Create compelling graphics or work with the design team to create the social media posts that comply with client brand standards
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key metrics
  • Make recommendations to improve client results
  • Manage daily budgets of numerous advertising accounts
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques

Requirements
Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing including social media
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to conceptualize and write copy for ads across digital channels
  • Strong understanding of SEM and social media marketing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
