OBJETIVO

Garantizar el correcto suministro de transporte para las entregas a nivel nacional a través del mantenimiento de una correcta cartera de proveedores, tarifas competitivas y contratos comerciales vigentes, asegurando el proceso de pago en tiempo y forma a través del uso de los sistemas de la compañía. 

FUNCIONES: 

  1. Control de contratos (renovación y negociación) a nivel nacional.
  2. Administración de rutas, Master Data y locaciones en E2open.
  3. Ejecución de módulo de pagos en SAP y E2open con la administración y control de ordenes de compra a nivel nacional
  4. Control de folios de entrega, asi como notas de crédito y cargos a transportistas.
  5. Gestion del equipo a su cargo.

CONOCIMIENTOS: 

  • SAP
  • TMS
  • Excel (avanzado)
  • Ingles conversacional (indispensable)

EXPERIENCIA: 3 años 

ESCOLARIDAD: LRI, LC, LCI, IIA, IMA, LAE, carreras a fin (terminada)

HABILIDADES: 

  • Negociacion con trasnportistas (proveedores
  • Tarifas
  • Contratos comerciales
