The Role

As the FP&A Ad Sales Senior Analyst Linear you will support one of the commercial domains in the US within the COE which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the overall finance transformation roadmap setting standards for the FP&A processes related to Ad sales revenue management. Your main responsibility is to ensure proactive and timely high-quality forecasting, reporting and analysis in the Ad sales revenue domain. You will develop deep knowledge and competencies in Ad sales area to provide business stakeholders with required information to take anticipated and accurate decisions.

This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico

Responsibilities:

• Updating Ad sales models on a regular basis, track and verify the data to make sure it is complete and accurate

• Provide variance analysis to explain actual and forecasted performance of managed channels vs prior year/plan/prior forecast

• Support forecasts/annual budgets development by reviewing historical data and working with business stakeholders providing recommendations of revenue drivers
• Prepare advertising sales analysis to understand performance (customer, agency, industry, KPI trends analysis)
• Responsible for development and updates of standard SMT and local commercial team reporting to highlight important trends, events or unexpected variances

• Manage ad hoc strategic and BAU Ad sales related financial requests i.e. preparing business plans, financial models and scenario analysis

• Assist the business partners with Ad sales related projects

• Support automation and simplification projects to improve efficiency in working in FP&A Ad sales area
• Exchange knowledge and share best practice working with different teams and with members of the Ad Sales Team (Digital and Linear)

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in Finance function in FP&A department
• Diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, modeling, and strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of media industry dynamics and key metrics impacting revenue would be an asset
• Very good English
• Great communication skills and relationship building
• Ability to establish professional, trust-based relationship with variety of finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in using EPM solution such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive
