Location: Chihuahua, Mexico

We are seeking a contract Operations Administrator to deliver administrative support across our organization. This role will also support supply chain management (SCM) activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative vendor relations and procurement of office supplies
  • Review vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts payable for payment processing
  • Organize internal events such as training, meetings, and staff gatherings
  • Maintain and file administrative documents in line with company policies
  • Handle supplier tax documentation for customer-related requirements
  • Support office inspections and generate maintenance reports as needed
  • Assist with front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and preparing meeting spaces
  • Coordinate facility services, including cleaning, restocking, maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage warehouse utilities and other general services
  • Help ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
  • Manage employee-assigned assets such as laptops and mobile phones
  • Support purchasing, logistics and inventory management as required
  • Generate operational reports as required
  • Provide general support to the accounting and administrative teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Experience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Education And Experience

  • Associate's degree in business administration, supply chain management, accounting or related field required
  • Minimum two years of experience in administration required
  • Minimum two years of experience in inventory management preferred
  • Experience in international operation preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing operation preferred
  • SAP S4 HANA experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
