In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Ensures tax compliance for US GAAP purposes
  • Ensures Tax compliance for MX GAAP purposes
  • Prepares Federal and local tax returns submission on time
  • Prepares Annual Transfer pricing analysis.
  • Coordinates Annual IMSS and local tax audit opinion with HR team
  • Coordinates Annual tax audit opinion together with Finance team
  • Attends Tax, Social Security and local reviews 
  • Reports Tax Matters to corporate according to Emerson's Policies and procedures
  • Ensures proper tax accounting and reconciliation
  • Ensures compliance with REPSE/Condusef/CNBV obligations (according to Entities assigned)
  • Preprares VAT refund request for assigned entities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 


•Experienced as Tax Analyst Senior in international entities at least 3 years


• Intermediate English level



Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:


•USGAAP and MEXGAAP Tax calculation/provision


•Tax and Finance audit participation


•Experience in transfer pricing support


•VAT returns and requirements attendance


• Deferred taxes
