About the Role

A global organization is rolling out
SAP S/4HANA
as part of a major business transformation and expansion strategy. This role plays a critical part in designing and delivering the
Supply Chain Operations and Product Management
solution, ensuring SAP S/4HANA is leveraged to its fullest potential by aligning business needs with best-in-class SAP architecture.

The SAP S/4HANA Application Architect – Product Management will work closely with solution architects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable SAP solutions with a strong focus on
Material Master Data, MM, and Variant Configuration
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a core member of the Global IT SAP team, owning
    SAP MM and Variant Configuration
    design, configuration, and related developments aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
  • Lead and support Product Management workstreams from a
    solution architecture and functional design
    perspective throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Solution Architects, workstream leads, and business stakeholders during
    requirements gathering, solution design, and integration
    across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.
  • Design and document
    Material Master Data processes
    , ensuring seamless end-to-end integration.
  • Create and maintain
    functional specifications
    for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
  • Analyze, document, and optimize business processes during implementation.
  • Support configuration, testing, training, data migration, cutover, go-live, and upgrade phases.
  • Provide post-go-live support for incidents and change requests across business units.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
    across multiple industries.
  • Minimum
    2 full lifecycle SAP implementations or rollouts
    focused on Material Master Data, data modeling, and data governance in
    SAP S/4HANA or ECC
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Material Types, Variant Configuration, Bills of Materials, Classes & Characteristics, and Object Dependencies
    .
  • Proven experience delivering
    large, global SAP programs
    with multi-currency, multi-location, and multi-organization complexity.
  • Strong solution design and business process re-engineering skills, including ERP fit/gap analysis.
  • Deep understanding of
    SAP Best Practices
    , MM module integrations, and master data architecture.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP S/4HANA certification in MM
    .
  • Experience with
    S/4HANA innovations
    such as Embedded Analytics, Fiori UX, and SAP Cloud Platform.

Work Environment

  • Onsite in Mexico City strongly preferred
    (remote flexibility may be considered).
  • Occasional international travel.
  • Collaboration across
    European time zones
    , with flexibility to support US and APAC hours as needed.
