Job Requirements

• Maintaining facility stability in working processes through daily upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with other first-line technicians to resolve operation difficulties and assign resources.
• Participating in and monitoring manufacturing processes; implementing appropriate operation standards and following production regulations.
• Rescheduling manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 4-5 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
