The Digital Marketing Retail Media Manager leads the strategy, planning, execution and optimization of retail media communication across key digital and omnichannel retailers. This role will oversee media investments, audience strategies, retailer partnerships, and performance optimizations to ensure best-in-class execution and strong business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive retail media strategies across major digital and omnichannel retailers (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre)
  • Partner with the ecommerce & brand teams to translate business objectives into retail media programs.
  • Align marketing messages and brand positioning across touchpoints in an omnichannel environment and coordinate on content creation and optimization for performance campaigns & e-commerce.
  • Lead annual and quarterly media planning processes, ensuring alignment with sales objectives & brand priorities.
  • Design audience targeting strategies using first party, retailers, and third party data to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, asset development, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage strategic relationships with the retail media networks, digital platforms, agencies and technology partners.
  • Negotiate and optimize media opportunities, pilots and joint business plans with retailers.
  • Develop & evolve measurement frameworks KPIs, and dashboards to track campaign performance and impact on sales.
  • Use data clean rooms, retail analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Embed retail media best practices across the extended commercial and marketing organizations to enhance digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication and similar fields
  • +5 year of experience in digital marketing (plus, ecommerce or retail media)
  • Experience managing campaigns with major retailers & marketplace platforms
  • Strong understanding of retail media networks, programmatic advertising, e-commerce ecosystems
  • Experience with measurement tools (e.g. retail media dashboards, digital analytics, attribution models, data clean rooms)
  • English - Advanced
