Proco Group is looking for a midweight graphic designer to join their team. The role, which will be based in their office in the heart of Mexico City, will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional design across the business. The graphic designer will be a part of Proco Group's global team, and will work with colleagues across Europe, North America, Singapore and Mexico.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, who is based in the UK, the graphic designer will be responsible for the delivery of client- and candidate-facing assets, including proposals, search updates and other important documentation. The designer will also be responsible for creating high-quality marketing collateral, from market reports to LinkedIn visuals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and artwork print and digital assets from concept to final delivery, ensuring every piece reflects our brand.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop campaigns and content that resonate.
  • Be a guardian of our visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels - social, digital, events and beyond.
  • Bring fresh ideas and bold creativity to every project, helping evolve our brand.
  • Produce high-quality, print-ready and digital artwork, liaise with external suppliers, and support digital content uploads.
  • Keep up with design trends and tools to ensure our creative output remains cutting-edge and relevant.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • You have a strong portfolio proving you can design across formats. You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and comfortable in designing for Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
  • You understand design principles, typography, layout, and colour theory. You know how to prepare large-scale print-ready files and work with print vendors to get things perfect.
  • You're a creative problem solver and can take a brief and run with it - from initial concept to polished final product.
  • You are skilled at juggling projects and design requests, while maintaining clear priorities and consistently meeting expectations.
  • You thrive managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. You're organised, detail-obsessed, and willing to put in extra hours when pre-event crunch time hits.
  • You collaborate brilliantly, communicate clearly, and bring positive energy to every project.

Your experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience working in a similar role within B2B organisations.
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • You'll be working with a team of consultants around the world, so need to be proficient in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong self-initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent execution of your work.
  • Ability to build and maintain templates, systems, and design libraries.
  • Experience balancing quality design with time constraints and business needs.
