• Realizar la factibilidad óptica temprana y el desarrollo de paquetes en apoyo de los programas de vehículos del cliente. Asistir a aprobación de prototipos de lámpara. Crear y optimizar diseños ópticos para obtener la mejor iluminación y apagado de la lámpara.

• Supervisar y colaborar con recursos de ingeniería óptica en otras oficinas a nivel global para la entrega de tareas y proyectos específicos.

• Desarrollar e implementar conceptos ópticos innovadores para faros de automoción e iluminación de señales que combinen manufacturabilidad, modularidad, estilo, rentabilidad y robustas características de rendimiento.

• Optimizar los diseños ópticos realizando iteraciones de diseño / análisis con una amplia utilización de herramientas de iluminación CAE (Lighttools) y datos empíricos según sea necesario.

• Realizar pruebas de componentes para evaluar el rendimiento fotométrico. Proporcione análisis de riesgo y cambios de diseño para lámparas de modelos actuales y nuevos. Proporcionar la asistencia necesaria para apoyar los resultados del programa.

• Soporte de Pruebas de Componentes, Certificación y Homologación de conformidad con el Sistema de Desarrollo de Productos de OPmobility

• Apoyar las actividades de construcción y lanzamiento de prototipos en las áreas de evaluación de los objetivos, ajuste y finalización de los faros y patrones de haz. Participar en Benchmarking y Night Drives para asegurar la máxima satisfacción del cliente.

• Ayuda a mantener el espacio de trabajo del laboratorio. Organizar los materiales y equipos de laboratorio. Ayudar en estudios de calibración y correlación. Desarrollar nuevos métodos para realizar pruebas y análisis más eficientes.

• Conocer, cumplir y hacer cumplir la política y las directrices de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (EH & S) de la planta.
