Description

Automotive professional with solid experience in logistics operations, vehicle yard management, and damage coordination, with a strong service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders (yards, ports, shipping lines, workshops, and internal teams).

A structured, proactive individual with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Responsibiliti
es:

1. Daily management of vehicle yards: supervise yard vendors to perform routine yard operations, including vehicle status management, vehicle inventory management, entry/exit PDI, coordination of cargo damage, and handling major issues.
2. Regular yard inspections: identify and report problems, track their resolution until the cases are closed, and improve yard management standards.

4. Liaise with shipping lines and port parties on damage issues and pursue claims against responsible parties.
5. ② Oversee the port and yard to ensure proper entry/exit PDI and maintain issue traceability.

Handle major damage incidents affecting large batches at the yard; when necessary, coordinate with designated workshops to carry out repairs

Requirem
ents

*Professional English

*Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree completed (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Administration or related field).

3+ years of experience in:*Automotive logistics operations.*Management of vehicle yards, ramps, ports, or distribution centers.

*After-sales service, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and vehicle inventory control.

*Coordinating vehicle entry and exit.

*Physical inventory control and unit status.

*Management and tracking of transport damage.

*Dealing with shipping lines, ports, and logistics providers

.*Coordinating repairs with external workshops.

*Training, instruction, or developing operational guidelines
