Lead Frontend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Lead Frontend Developer specializing in React to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust front-end components, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React applications
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
• Lead the frontend development team and communicate with stakeholders
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Implement and optimize microservices architecture within the frontend codebase
• Integrate and manage cloud deployments primarily on AWS EC2
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth integration and performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a React or full-stack engineer focused on React
• Leadership experience in managing development teams (1+ years)
• Proficiency in ReactJS for frontend development
• Knowledge of the Lit library is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of unit testing and design patterns
• Experience working in Agile development teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational team where English is the primary language

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Angular framework
• Experience with .NET technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Experience with MongoDB
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservice Architecture Style
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Kubernetes)
