Remote Real Estate Closer – Experienced Sales Pro

TruBuyers, one of the fastest-growing real estate investment companies in the U.S., is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Closer to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work with qualified leads, close high-value deals, and earn competitive commissions in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert qualified warm leads — no cold calling.
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners to identify their needs.
  • Evaluate properties, run comparables, and negotiate offers effectively.
  • Follow up consistently with potential sellers to close contracts efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and deal progress in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure seamless deal handoffs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales or real estate closing roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRMs and real estate tools (HubSpot, PropStream, Zillow, etc.).
  • Motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented.
