Operations Support Analyst
Purpose
The Operations Support Representative is responsible for supporting various tasks within Client Services in adherence with documented policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Work items for this role are heavily audited and carry legal risk if not completed correctly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to researching, documenting, and responding to credit disputes within required timeframes, making corrections to credit bureau records to ensure accurate reporting, modifying accounts according to proper procedure and customer request, fulfilling internal and external customer document requests, and other back office administrative tasks.
Duties
- Make independent decisions for appropriate action to be taken to respond to credit disputes in compliance with regulatory and procedural guidelines.
- Evaluate incoming requests and determine if all required information and approvals are included to fulfill the request in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Assess risk and determine when to appropriately escalate to next level management.
Profile
- High School degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual
