Objetivo de la posición:
Garantizar la correcta planificación y control de la producción en la planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los programas de fabricación, optimización de recursos y alineación con las metas de servicio al cliente, costos y eficiencia operativa.

Un día en la vida de...

  • Planificación de Producción: Elaborar y mantener el plan maestro de producción (MPS) alineado con la demanda y capacidad instalada; coordinar con áreas de compras, logística y mantenimiento para asegurar disponibilidad de materiales y equipos.
  • Gestión de Inventarios: Definir políticas de inventario de materia prima, producto en proceso y terminado; monitorear niveles de inventario para evitar faltantes o excesos.
  • Optimización de Recursos: Analizar capacidad de planta y proponer ajustes para maximizar eficiencia; implementar herramientas de planeación (MRP, ERP) y metodologías Lean.
  • Control y Seguimiento: Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del plan de producción y tomar acciones correctivas; generar reportes de desempeño (KPIs: OTIF, eficiencia, scrap, costos).
