First things first: What is this role about?
We are Insider One — the world's first Integrated Growth Management Platform, trusted by leading enterprise brands to connect customer data across channels, predict behaviour with AI, and deliver personalised experiences at scale.
As we continue expanding our global Marketing organisation across 50+ countries, we are looking for a Marketing Manager for Spanish-Speaking LATAM. If you are a self-starter with a strong passion for B2B marketing and you are excited about shaping the regional presence of a high-growth SaaS unicorn, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
You will play a key role in building and localising our marketing strategy for the Spanish-speaking LATAM region — working closely with regional leaders, sales teams, and our global marketing organisation. This is an opportunity to create your own impact, take ownership of a strategic market, and accelerate Insider One's brand visibility and pipeline growth.

So, we asked our VPs of Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers, Country Managers, and Sales Leaders what they genuinely expect from the person in this role — and the expectations below come directly from them.
What You Will Do- builds and owns the marketing strategy and execution for Spanish Speaking Latam, working closely with the global marketing team and the local sales team, to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates,
- manages all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR,
- owns the Latin America website, continuously improving the local content to increase traffic and improve lead conversions,
- owns the event marketing program calendars, organizing both Insider One events and industry events, managing all aspects of the projects from speakers recruitment to logistics,
- creates locally relevant assets to aid with sales and campaigns - case studies, whitepapers, guides,
- work closely with sales to measure program performance and lead quality
- have a Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field,
- have previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS business,
- have a good knowledge of digital space,
- have experience with email marketing tools is a plus,
- have experience with webinar tools is a plus,
- have strong project management and organizational skills,
- have strong creative problem-solving skills,
- have an extraordinary attention to detail,
- have excellent event planning and execution skills,
- have the ability to maintain a positive attitude,
- are fluent in English and Spanish.
