Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Fullstack Developer to join our Enterprise Systems and Solutions team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical business applications that support our organization's operational needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence across projects. This position offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-level development practices while working with modern technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of developers, give mentorship, and code reviews.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Drive technical decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee system integration projects and API development initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Optimize database design, queries, and stored procedures for performance and scalability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and maintainability.
• Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Skills And Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-stack application development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with proven experience mentoring junior developers.
